Three Rivers Leisure Park

Peaceful site with sea views, 15 minutes from Carmarthen Bay

A few minutes' walk from the beach, a castle and a village pub

Half a mile from trains to the Gower Peninsula and Cardiff

You can see the sea from Ferryside Farm Caravan Park and Campsite. But pack the bucket and spade and then an extra one or two, for within a mere 15-minute drive of this peaceful south Wales getaway you’ll also reach Carmarthen Bay beaches famed the world over: the full seven sandy miles of secluded and silky Cefn Sidan, beaut Amroth Bay, and the sands and surf of Rhossili, regularly voted as one of the best beaches on the planet by baskers, view fans and board boffins.

Keep the car or take the train from here: Ferryside is only a few miles off the A484 between Carmarthen and Kidwelly with quick access to both towns as well as Swansea and Llanelli, and half a mile from Ferryside Rail Station where you can steam ahead to the Gower Peninsula, Milford Haven, Tenby, Pembrokeshire and Cardiff or on to Crewe, London and Manchester.

And that sea you can see from the farm? It and Ferryside Beach (and a castle; it is Wales after all) are a few minutes’ walk away, where you’ll also find a village pub and the Ferry Cabin, ‘where locals like to eat’. Kidwelly, the nearest village after Ferryside, has another pub, a restaurant, an off-licence and a newsagents.

Facilities at Ferryside include a shower and toilet block. Guests can pick their own pitches, and dog guests are welcome too.
