Warranty Information
All new holiday homes come with a manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, offering you complete peace of mind. Our Customer Service Team is available to assist you with any issues or defects you may encounter with your new holiday home. Should you identify any faults or snags, please contact us via email, providing detailed descriptions and images of the issue. We will then liaise directly with the manufacturer to initiate the necessary actions, including dispatching engineers or arranging for the required parts, as needed.
PDI (Post Delivery Inspection)
Each new holiday home provided by us will undergo a Post Delivery Inspection (PDI) within the first week of delivery from Factory. A member of our team will conduct a thorough inspection, documenting any defects or issues with detailed notes and photographs. Any identified concerns will be promptly reported to the manufacturer for resolution.
For more detailed warranty information specific to each model, you can view the terms associated with each caravan directly on the manufacture website or your Holiday Home manual during your search.
Important Notes:
Repairs must be carried out by an authorised professional to ensure compliance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions whilst still within warranty. Failure to do so may invalidate your warranty.
Please note that the warranty on plumbing systems will no longer be valid after the caravan has been used and left over the winter period.
Pre-owned Caravans
Pre-owned holiday homes are covered by a standard 3-month warranty ( for major appliance e.g. Boiler, Fridge/Freezer and Cooker ) from the date of purchase.
Important Notes:
All claims for pre-owned caravans must be made within 3 months from the invoice date or delivery date.
"Off-site" caravans, typically used for storage or those too old for park installation, are sold as seen and do not come with any warranty.
