Manufacturer Warranty
All new holiday homes purchased from us come with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers a range of components and ensures any necessary repairs or replacements are carried out professionally and efficiently.
Our dedicated Customer Service Team is on hand to assist with any issues or defects. Should you encounter any faults, please contact us via email with detailed descriptions and images. We will liaise directly with the manufacturer to arrange repairs, dispatch engineers, or provide replacement parts as required.
Important Notes:
Repairs must be carried out by an authorised professional to maintain the validity of your warranty.
Plumbing system warranties are no longer valid once the caravan has been used over a winter period.
Post Delivery Inspection (PDI)
Every new holiday home undergoes a thorough Post Delivery Inspection (PDI) within the first week of delivery from the factory. A member of our team will:
Inspect the home in detail, documenting any defects or issues with notes and photographs.
Report any concerns directly to the manufacturer for prompt resolution.
This ensures your holiday home is delivered in top condition and that any minor snags are addressed quickly.
Pre-owned Holiday Homes
Pre-owned holiday homes purchased from Blackhills Caravan Sales come with a 3-month warranty covering major appliances, including:
Boiler
Fridge/Freezer
Cooker
Important Notes:
All warranty claims must be made within 3 months from the invoice or delivery date.
“Off-site” caravans, typically used for storage or not suitable for park installation, are sold as seen and do not come with a warranty.
Ongoing Support
Even after your holiday home is delivered and sited, our team remains available to assist with queries, advice, or minor maintenance. With strong partnerships across parks and service providers, we ensure any issues are addressed swiftly and professionally, minimising disruption to your holiday experience.
