*Excludes genuine timber cladding - this product has a 12 month guarantee.  Excludes "Environmental Green" rigid vinyl cladding - this product has a 24 month colour fastness guarantee.  These products will require annual maintenance and must be maintained in line with the maufacturer's instructions. **Must be serviced annually by an Ariston engineer in years 3, 4 & 5. ***Guarantee is 12 years from date of chassis manufacture, or 10 years from date of sale to the end user, whichever occurs first (excludes the Lymington, Rio Gold 12 and Rio Gold 10 chassis, which are guaranteed for 2 years from date of manufacture , or 1 year from date of sale to the end user).  The 12 year chassis warranty applies to holiday homes manufactured in model year 2014 onwards.

You might hear people mentioning EN and BS standards to you.  all Willerby's holiday homes exceed the requirements to ensure you have a quality product. Here's a helpful guide to what it means.

EN 1647                                                                                                             

This is the European industry wide regulation for the manufacture of holiday homes.  The specification means that the home should be suitable for seasonal or holiday  accommodation and not a s a permanent residence.                                          

BS 3632* (2005)

If you want to live in your holiday accomodation all year round (residential) then your home should be manufactured  to this standard.  It means it is made more suitable for year  round living, including safety, acoustic and thermal insulation gas central heating, thermal perfomance double glazing and enhanced ventilation.

*BS 3632 (2005)  standard is changing on 1st December 2016 and we will be making changes to our products in line with the new standard.



This isn't a standard but we realised that often our customers didn't need everything prescribed in the residential standard but wanted to  enjoy some of the upgraded benefits.  We created Therma-Max as a  solution so people could enjoy the upgrade in insulation and thermal  performance double glazing.


Swift Group Warranties

There are 3 warranties available with a Swift Holiday Home:

SuperSure Warranty

Subject to the conditions, terms and exclusions set out in this section of the handbook, Swift will repair (or at it's option, replace) any defective parts of your Home that comes to light during the SuperSure Warranty Period. This applies to all parts and fittings of your Home (other than the structural exterior).  The SuperSure Warranty Period means 12 months from the date an approved Swift Group Dealer, or Park Operator (transfers / hands over) the Home to it's first owner.

Structural Warranty

Subject tot he conditions, terms and exclusions set out in the section of the handbook, Swift will repair (or at it's option, replace) any defects with the structural integrity of the Home, that come to light during the Stuctural Warranty Period.  The Structural Warranty covers any defect with the seams of the Home.  His includes water ingress through any permanently sealed seam joints.  The Stuctural Warranty Period means 36 months from the date an approved Swift Group Dealer or Park operator (transfers / hands over) the Home to it's first owner.

Chassis Warranty

Subject to the conditions, terms and exclusions set out int this section of the handbook, Swift will repair (or at is option repalce) any defects with the chassis that come to light during the Chassis Warranty period but only for as long as the Home belongs to it's first owner.  The Chassis Warranty Period means 10 years from the date an approved Swift Group Dealer, or Park Operator (transfers / hands over) the Home to it's first owner.


1.  Swift will not be liable under this warranty for any damage or defect that arises from your failure to site your Home in accordance with Swift's recommendations or the code of Practice for the Transportaion, siting and Commissioning of Holiday / Park Homes.  Your dealer or Park Operator can provide you with more information on this code of practice.

2.  This warranty only applies to Homes purchased and sited in the UK

3.  You must keep you Home in a good state of maintenance and repair.  Swift will not be liable for any defect caused by any negligence, misuse or modification of the Home.

4.  All new Homes must be registered with Swift within 6 weeks of purchase as from new.

5.  Holiday Homes must not be used for permanent or residential use.

6. The unit must be sited correctly on a recognised site pitch.

7.  The cost of transporting or moving the Home by any means to or from the place or repair is the responsiblity of the owner.

8.  Swift shall not be liable under this warranty for any defects related to or arising from the following;

The failure of a component for reasons of fair wear and tear;

Damage resulting from freezing, fire, over heating or accidents (whether caused by the user or third party);

Damage as a result of failure to carry out normal or specific maintenance including but not specific to, not draining down and winterizing the Home.

Defect due to condensation, fungus, mildew and damp (other than as a result of a failure of a permanent seal or joint).

Misuse of any component;

Normal deterioration, corrosion, intrusion of foreign or harmful bodies, lack of servicing or negligence of any person other than Swift which causes stoppage of or impairment to the function of any component of the Home.

Repalcement of parts which have reached the end of their effective working life because of age and/ or usage;

cleaning or adjustment of any assemblies;

cosmetic finishes to kitchen sinks, sealants, cooker tops, vanity units, shower trays;

Routine maintenance items including lubricants, rubber gas hose, the cleaning of the heater and flues, the replacement of gas jets, the resealing and/ or repalcement of shower room sealant, the adjustment and lubricaiton of locks;

Any breakage or failure of any windows, glass, tyres, fluorescent tubes, replacement light bulbs, spotlights, tap washers or thermocouples.

Note:  Failure af any part of component, which is not original equipment, or a defect caused as a result oa an unauthorised modifcation to the Home will not be covered under warranty.
